Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time to ensure we provide the best service and delivery speeds to our domestic customers.

Delivery within the USA typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. This includes a 1-2 business day processing period. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely through PayPal. This allows you to pay using your PayPal balance or any linked bank account or card with full buyer protection.
Are the watch movements reliable?
Yes, all of our watches feature movements designed for daily use and consistent timekeeping. We ensure each timepiece is inspected to meet our functional requirements before it is dispatched.

What is included in the package?
Every order from Elvado is packed with care. Your package will include:

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for the full step-by-step process.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We take quality seriously. If your watch arrives damaged, please email us at Support@elvado.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a suitable solution quickly.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via the email address used at checkout. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see the real-time status of your delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address modifications are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make any changes.
