At Elvado, we strive to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please note that all orders placed within the United States are subject to the following shipping terms and conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping guidelines outlined below.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. This ensures a simple and transparent checkout process for all our customers purchasing watches.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

At Elvado, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below is the estimated timeline for orders placed within the United States:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons.

Shipping Coverage

Elvado currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at the moment. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Elvado is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress. You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website. For additional updates, please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate.

Shipping Method

We primarily use FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all watch orders. For faster delivery within 1 to 3 business days, we also offer shipping via DHL upon request. Please note that DHL shipping incurs additional charges and is not included in our standard flat rate.

Address Modifications & Damaged Packages

Address Modifications: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to modify the address once the order has been processed.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure a suitable solution is provided.

Wrong Address

If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, phone number, or email provided by the customer, the full cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that all contact and delivery information is accurate to avoid any delays.
